👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard for 14 adults and 7 children under 6
• Maximum 18 guests (including children)
• Surcharge for exceeding standard: 250.000 VND/person (7 years and up)

Important booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc.; if damaged or soiled, you must compensate according to the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if damaged or lost, you must compensate according to the item's value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, banned substances, gambling, or any activities violating Vietnamese law within the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; if not cleaned, a 500,000 – 2,000,000đ cleaning fee and 200,000đ grill cleaning fee will be charged
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dish washing, grill washing...
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests need to book event setup or catering at the Villa, please register with the property manager: Provide caterer information and pay a 1,000,000đ deposit to ensure cleanliness and kitchen asset protection. If guests do not comply with all cleanliness and kitchen asset requirements during their stay, guests bear full responsibility

Property damage deposit policy:

• Guests must place a 5,000,000 VND deposit directly upon check-in to ensure protection of furniture and décor within the villa. If during use all furniture and décor remain in pristine condition with no damage or loss, the villa will refund this deposit to guests on check-out (after deducting any incurred service fees)
