👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• For 16 guests
• Maximum 18 guests (including children)
• Surcharge for extra guests: 250.000 VND per person (6 years and up)
• Free surcharge for children under 6

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation at full value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. If damaged or lost, you must pay compensation at full value
• Guests may not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited substances, engage in gambling, or conduct any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. Failure to do so incurs a 500.000–2.000.000đ cleaning fee and 200.000đ for kitchen cleanup
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to hire a caterer or setup for a catered event at the villa, please register with the house manager by providing the caterer's information and placing a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure cleanliness and protect kitchen equipment. Any issues arising from cleanliness or kitchen damage during your stay are your full responsibility

Property deposit policy:

• A 5.000.000 VND deposit is required at check-in to secure the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the full deposit will be returned at checkout (minus any additional service charges if incurred)
