If an issue such as a power or water outage occurs and the homestay cannot resolve it, compensation is 50k/1h or will depend on the nature of the issue
If power must be cut for 1-2 hours during a natural disaster or storm to prevent fire or explosions, the homestay will not provide a refund. We appreciate your understanding
