Booking notes:
- There is no mandatory cleaning fee. Guests should wash their dishes and gather the rubbish neatly. Otherwise, a cleaning surcharge of 100-300k applies depending on the mess left behind
- The house does not provide seasonings, so guests should bring their own
- If an issue such as a power or water outage occurs and the homestay cannot resolve it, compensation is 50k/1h or will depend on the nature of the issue
- If power must be cut for 1-2 hours during a natural disaster or storm to prevent fire or explosions, the homestay will not provide a refund. We appreciate your understanding
