  • To minimize environmental impact and protect your own health, the homestay does not provide single-use toothbrushes and toothpaste, so please bring your own TOOTHBRUSH and TOOTHPASTE (If you need them or forget to bring yours, please contact the host for assistance)
  • Pets: Please notify Ao in advance if you wish to bring pets. The homestay will provide specific guidance and rules. Pets are not permitted inside rooms under any circumstances. If a pet enters a room, a 1,000,000 VND fee will be charged for room cleaning.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking restrictions: Guests please refrain from eating, drinking, or smoking in rooms (you may enjoy snacks and fruit). The homestay will charge an additional 300k per booking if guests eat or cause mess in floor areas, bedding, pillows, mattresses, curtains, etc.
  • Please avoid moving furniture from its original position in the room. Before checkout, please return all furniture to its original position.
  • Do not use speakers or high-powered audio equipment such as portable speakers, event speakers, or similar devices in indoor or outdoor areas.
  • Please do not move furniture and furnishings from inside to outdoor areas. The homestay will charge an additional 200k per booking if you move furniture from indoor or porch areas to outdoor areas without prior permission.
  • The homestay reserves the right to ask guests to leave if prohibited substances are detected, such as drugs, nitrous oxide, cannabis, or hallucinogens (LSD, DMT, and similar substances). In this case, the homestay will not refund the room rate.

Service fee 200k per night per group (free service fee when booking 2 BBQ packages at the homestay):

  • Only applies when you use BBQ/hot pot at the homestay, when guests bring their own food
