Standard room occupancy:

• Standard occupancy: 2 guests (including children)
• Additional guests are not accepted (the homestay has no extra mattresses)

General rules at Amaya Home:

• Please do not bring weapons, flammable or explosive materials, stimulants/illegal drugs or pets onto the Amaya Home grounds. Please do not bring food into the bedrooms.
• Please do not cook in the bedrooms. If you would like food or drinks, please inform reception so that you can be served.
• If you would like to bring your own food or drinks, please let us know before booking. Amaya will charge a corkage fee for any food and drinks you bring.
• Please do not smoke in the bedrooms or shared indoor areas such as reception, the restaurant, spa,... Please smoke only in outdoor areas and on balconies (if your room has a balcony). You may contact reception for an ashtray.

Surcharge for guests bringing their own BBQ food: (Available every Monday through Thursday)

• Service fee for food brought in from outside and grilled by guests: 250,000 VND/ adult (children aged 6-12: 125,000 VND/ child, children under 6: free).

• Service fee for food brought in from outside and grilled by an Amaya chef: 350,000 VND/ adult (children aged 6-12: 175,000 VND/ child, children under 6: free).

• The fee includes use of the grill, charcoal, table and chair setup, tableware, service and cleaning.

• The above fee does not include the service charge for drinks brought in from outside.
