• Add an adult surcharge 200 000 VND/person, 100 000 VND/child applies to children under 10 years old. Maximum of 10 people both adults and children.
• Encourage guests to go during the day

☘️ Details:

• The apartment is located on the 2nd floor near the dining and billiards area, with 2 large beds and lovely tables and chairs, extra cushions and closed toilets, high and cool view.
• There are full bowls, chopsticks, hot pot stove, BBQ charcoal stove
• Super fun check-in common campus with 1001 shimmering virtual living corners (net hammocks, pine hills, ancient rose gardens, ...)
• Shared swimming pool
• Full utensils for hot pot and barbecue on the hill
• Free billiards (if the air conditioner is not on)

☘️ Service charge:

• Play billiards: 70 000 VND/1h (register in advance with the housekeeper and play for free if the air conditioner is not on)
• Speaker pull karaoke: 200 000 VND (registered in advance butler)
• Coal: 20 000 VND/kg, ice: 20 000 VND/1 bag.
• Rowing (500m from home): 300 000 VND/1 shift/2h/1 boat (pre-registration with housekeeper)
• Cleaning fee for each meal: 200 000 VND/group of 6-8 people (no charge if cleaning by yourself). If you clean yourself when you check out, you have to check out the room and clean the dishes, otherwise the housekeeper will charge you 200 000 VND.
