Standard room rate:

• Standard for 2 adults
• Accommodates up to 4 guests
• Additional charge from 3rd guest: 250.000VND/person/night

Booking notes:

• Pets are not allowed in the room under any circumstances. If a pet is brought into the room, a cleaning fee of 1.000.000 VND will be charged, and the pet must be kept in the designated pet area if brought.
• No karaoke singing or bringing large speakers

Dining services:

🍃 Hot pot/BBQ grill rental per meal (includes alcohol/3kg charcoal, prep ingredients, utensils, dishes, cleaning)

• 200.000 VND for groups under 5
• 300.000 VND for groups under 10

🍃 Outside food bring-in fee: 100.000 VND/person/night

• Applies to savory and raw items. Does NOT apply to fresh fruit, candy, instant noodles, birthday cake

🍃 Outside beverage bring-in fee (house provides glasses, ice, and washing):

• Wine, imported spirits: 200.000 VND/bottle
• Rice wine, light spirits, Soju, rice vodka, bottled beer: 100.000 VND/bottle
• Soft drinks & canned beer brought into the premises: 10.000 VND/can
