  • The homestay is set amid plenty of greenery, so please remember to bring your own MOSQUITO REPELLENT when you visit.
  • To reduce the impact on the environment and your health, the homestay does not provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, so please remember to bring your own TOOTHBRUSH and TOOTHPASTE (If needed or if you forget to bring them, please contact the Host to receive a set)
  • Bringing pets: Please let Ao know before arrival if you would like to bring an animal or pet; the homestay will provide the relevant guidelines and rules
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking in the room are discouraged: Please do not eat meals or smoke in the room (snacks, sweets, and fruit are allowed). The homestay will charge a 300k/booking surcharge if guests eat or drink in the room or leave floors, sheets, pillows, mattresses, curtains, etc. unclean
  • Please avoid moving furnishings from their original positions in the room. Before check-out, please return all furnishings to their original positions
  • Do not use stereos or high-powered audio equipment such as portable speakers, event speakers, or similar devices ... indoors or outdoors.
  • Please do not move tables, chairs, or furnishings from indoors to outdoor areas. The homestay will charge a 200k/booking surcharge if you move furnishings from indoor or veranda areas outdoors without the homestay's permission
  • The homestay reserves the right to ask you to leave if prohibited substances such as drugs, laughing gas balloons, cannabis, psychedelics (LSD, DMT, and similar substances) are found. In this case, the homestay will not refund the room payment
