To ensure safety of property, security, and the best service for our guests, we kindly request that you follow these regulations:

1. Please present your ID card or passport when checking in.

2. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and caring for shared facilities and guest rooms; violations will result in penalties based on severity.

• Minor violations: Verbal warning and guidance for improvement.

• Moderate violations (Poor cleanliness, difficult to clean. Minor damage to furnishings): Fine of 200.000 VND - 500.000 VND.

• Serious violations (Property damage): Fine of 1.000.000 VND or more, depending on severity, or eviction from Đồi Llum at management's discretion.

3. No weapons, flammable materials, or narcotics/stimulants are allowed on Đồi Llum grounds. Do not bring food into bedroom areas. Violations will result in fines based on severity or eviction without refund.

4. Do not add additional guests or switch rooms without permission. Please contact our management directly to arrange any changes.

5. No cooking in bedrooms. Please inform the front desk staff when you need meals. Our restaurant offers full-service dining throughout the day with diverse menu options.

6. If you wish to bring your own food or drinks, please inform us before booking. We charge a surcharge for outside food and beverages.

7. Please notify us if you wish to bring alcoholic beverages. We charge a fee for outside alcohol. If you bring alcohol without notification, you are responsible for any resulting issues.

8. No smoking in bedrooms or common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, or wine cellar. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas and on balconies. Please contact the front desk for an ashtray.

9. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own money, documents, and valuables. Llum is not liable for loss or theft of personal property.

10. Please turn off electrical and water equipment and lock the door when leaving your room.

11. Please be careful when using windows, stairs, balconies, and bathrooms. Elderly and young children require adult assistance and supervision.

12. Please maintain quiet hours in the area. Noisy equipment such as portable speakers and musical instruments are not permitted without management approval.
