👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Accommodation Standards

• Standard: 20 adults + 5 children under 1m2
• Maximum: 30 guests (adults and children combined)
• Surcharge from the 21st adult (>1m2): 200,000 VNĐ per person
• From the 6th child (<1m2): 100,000 VNĐ per child

• Cooking spices and condiments: guests must bring their own

• The villa does not accept group bookings with pets (dogs, cats, etc.)

• The villa has no cancellation policy.

• The group leader is responsible for reminding everyone to maintain cleanliness, not litter, not soil bedding, not vomit, etc. (Penalty fee depends on the level of damage).

• Guests are responsible for taking care of and protecting the property. In case of damage or property loss, guests must compensate at the current market value of the property.

• Strictly prohibited: laughing gas, stimulants, addictive substances, drugs, etc. If discovered, guests will be asked to leave and the deposit will not be refunded.

• Please avoid making noise (singing loudly) after 10pm.
