1️⃣ 5 bedrooms (with 1 common room and 1 Panorama room):

• Standard: 15 adults + 3 children
• Maximum: 22 people (including children)
• Surcharge from 16th adult: 200k/adult
• Surcharge from 2nd child: 100k/child
• Mandatory cleaning fee: 250k/meal/18 people. From the 19th person: 15k/person (adults or children)

2️⃣ 6 bedrooms (with 1 Panorama room):

• Standard: 20 adults + 5 children
• Maximum: 30 people (including children)
• Surcharge from 21st adult: 200k/adult
• Surcharge from 6th child: 100k/child
• Mandatory cleaning fee: 300k/meal/25 people. From the 26th person: 15k/person (adults or children)

3️⃣ 7 bedrooms (full villa):

• Standard for 25 adults + 5 children under 6
• Maximum: 35 people (including adults and children)
• Surcharge from 26th adult (≥ 6 years): 200,000 VND/adult
• Surcharge from 6th child (< 6 years): 100,000 VND/child

✅ Note:

• Villa does not accept groups with dogs, cats, or other pets
• Villa has no cancellation policy
• Group leader is responsible for reminding everyone to maintain shared cleanliness, avoid littering, keep bedding clean, prevent vomiting, etc. (Cleaning fees apply based on damage level)
• Guests are responsible for safeguarding and protecting the property. In case of damage or loss, guests will be charged compensation at the current replacement value
• Strictly prohibited: laughing gas, stimulants, addictive substances, drugs, etc. If discovered, guests will be asked to leave and the deposit will be forfeited
