👥 Standard: 2 people/room. Maximum 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults

• Surcharge for extra person exceeding the standard:
• Children under 6 years old: free 1 child/room. From the 2nd child, 300 000 VND/child
• Children from 6 to 12 years old: 300 000 VND/child
• From 13 years old and above: 400 000 VND/person.

• Each apartment has 1 bedroom, with extra bed. Each room has a self-contained toilet and bath.
• Free buffet breakfast up to 2 people/room. From the 3rd person surcharge: 50 000 VND/person
• BBQ grill: provide BBQ grill, grilling tools and charcoal for you to grill outdoors (CHARGEABLE)
• The resort room has a TV, a shelf, ...
• Hall: There are 2 large halls with full facilities: tables and chairs, air conditioning, sound, light, projector, Flipchart board ... suitable for organizing conferences and events.
• Children's play area, outdoor team building area
• Camping area on pine hill for groups to improve working skills and team coordination.
• Restaurant: serving a variety of dishes / drinks.
• In addition, you can go to nearby picnic and sightseeing places easily such as: Dong Do lake, Ham Lon lake, Dong Quan dam, Doi mountain, Viet Phu Thanh Chuong.

• Rent a grill: 300 000 VND/ stove
• Hot pot kitchen: 300 000 VND/ stove
• Coal: 25,000/kg
• Ice: 20 000 VND/bag
• Alcohol: 35 000 VND/pack
• Cleaning: 300 000 VND/group of less than 20 people. Over 20 people: 500 000 VND/group.

• Check-in: 14:00
• Check out: 12:00.

• Priority is given to selling the whole house at the weekend
• Room is sold separately during the week
• 50% deposit payment, the remaining amount must be paid 2 days before checkin.
