- Ưu điểm: + Vị trí rất đẹp, view đẹp, khuôn viên đẹp, có sân rộng để chơi được nhiều hoạt động + Villa khá đẹp, nhiều phòng, nhiều đệm, sức chứa nhiều người. Đồ dùng về cơ bản là đủ + Quản gia hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, có người trực tại villa hỗ trợ - Nhược điểm: + 1 đoạn đường vào đường đất hơi gập gềnh, lưu ý những khi trời mưa đường đất thì k biết ô tô có vào được ko + Một số đồ bếp hơi cũ + Dàn loa / tivi hơi cũ, điều khiển khá khó khăn. Chủ nhà xem nên sửa lại + Điện vào buổi tối hơi yếu nhưng chủ nhà đã chuẩn bị thêm máy phát điện nên ổn + Nước nhiều lúc rất yếu
