Guests must provide accommodation information. For domestic guests: Please present a passport or national ID card upon check-in for room registration and temporary residence registration. For international guests: A valid passport or visa is required.

When renting a room, guests are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings and property throughout their stay.

It is strictly prohibited to bring, use, or possess weapons, toxic substances, flammable or explosive materials, addictive substances, stimulants (drugs, nitrous oxide, etc.), gambling in any form, or prostitution during your stay at the homestay/villa. The homestay/villa will report any suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities and reserves the right to refuse service. If prohibited items are discovered, the homestay/villa has the right to confiscate all such items and will not refund your stay for any reason. Under Vietnamese law, guests are fully responsible for any violations.

You are not permitted to rearrange, move furniture or items within the room or between rooms. Before check-in, the manager will hand over all equipment and furnishings to you. If any room property or items are lost or damaged due to use, you will be charged 100% of their replacement value.

Common area hygiene: Please follow the guidelines properly, dispose of trash in designated areas, and do not throw toilet paper or other objects into the toilet as this can clog the system. Guests must maintain cleanliness of all common areas at the homestay/villa.

If you wish to organize activities outside the homestay/villa premises, you are responsible for ensuring your own safety during such activities.

You are not permitted to bring additional guests to stay overnight at the homestay/villa without prior registration.

If you discover a fire or explosion at the homestay/villa, immediately notify the manager, call the Hotline, or inform the nearest staff member, and calmly follow fire prevention and safety instructions.

Please maintain quiet and avoid noise after 10 p.m.

Before leaving the homestay/villa, please pay all incurred charges and service fees.

The homestay/villa reserves the right to terminate accommodations for guests who do not comply with these regulations.
