• Set-up fee for bbq + charcoal + grill: 300 000 VND (If guests cook by themselves, there is no fee, just buy charcoal or ask a housekeeper to buy it)
• Combo set up + bbq griller + cleaning: 450 000 VND (including 5kg of charcoal, if all the charcoal is baked, guests will buy more)
• Cleaning fee after eating 300 000 VND (If guests clean up by themselves, no charge)
• Fee for using the washing machine at the villa (if required): 300 000 VND
• Swimming pool float: 100 000 VND/day (If damaged, torn, guests are responsible for paying 850 000 VND/1 buoy)
• Poker mats and chips: 300 000 VND/day.
