  • To reduce the impact on the environment and your health, the homestay does not provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, so please remember to bring your own TOOTHBRUSH and TOOTHPASTE (If necessary or if you forget to bring them, please contact the Host to request a set) Bringing pets: Please notify Ao before arrival if you would like to bring an animal or pet; the homestay will provide specific guidance and applicable rules. Pets are not permitted inside the room under any circumstances. If a pet is brought into the room, a cleaning fee of 1.000.000 VND will apply
  • Limit eating, drinking, and smoking in the room: Please do not eat, drink, or smoke in the room (snacks, sweets, and fruit are allowed). The homestay will charge an additional 300k/booking if guests eat or drink in the room or leave floors, sheets, pillows, mattresses, curtains, etc. unclean
  • Please avoid moving furniture from its original position in the room. Before check-out, please return all furniture to its original position
  • Do not use speakers, sound systems, or high-powered audio equipment such as portable PA speakers, event speakers, or similar devices ... in indoor or outdoor areas.
  • Please do not move tables, chairs, or furnishings from indoors to outdoor areas. The homestay will charge an additional 200k/booking if you move furnishings from indoor or porch areas outdoors without the homestay's permission
  • The homestay reserves the right to ask guests to leave if they are found bringing prohibited substances such as drugs, laughing gas balloons, cannabis, psychedelics (LSD, DMT, and similar substances). In this case, the room payment will not be refunded
