2. All acts of trading, gambling, prostitution, and other illegal activities in BM are strictly prohibited. You must be responsible before the law if you violate, in case the customer intentionally violates the rules. , will be fined 10,000,000 VND and BM has the right to request customers to stop using the service.

3. It is strictly forbidden to use drugs, drug precursors and stimulants (drugs, opium, methamphetamine, marijuana, laughing balls, ecstasy,...), if customers intentionally violate be fined 10,000,000 VND and BM has the right to request customers to stop using the service.

4. Do not bring pets into the BM area, if customers intentionally violate, they will be fined 5,000,000 VND in cash.

5. Do not bring fruits, strong-smelling foods into the BM (durian, ....)

6. Present your ID card and identification document upon check-in.

7. Do not arbitrarily add people.

8. In case there is a guest to visit BM, please inform the Manager in advance. For security reasons, guests are not allowed to stay after 22:00. If the guest wants to stay overnight, they must register with the BM Manager and pay the accommodation fee according to BM Regulations.

9. You check the furniture and equipment at BM upon check-in, please notify the BM Manager if any damaged or broken items are found.

10. Do not arbitrarily move assets and furniture in the BM. For small items that are easy to move such as toys, stories, bicycles, etc., please leave them in their original position after use. When checking out, we will charge a cleaning fee if there are furniture that are not in the right place. If the property is lost or damaged, compensation must be made at the value of the listed property, or at the current price for the unlisted property.

11. Please clean the room, wash dishes, cups, pots and pans, put garbage in the bin before check out, if you check out without cleaning, will have to pay extra cleaning fee No. money 200,000 VND. If you are unable to clean by yourself, we can assist with a cleaning fee of VND 100,000/hour. Please notify BM manager if cleaning service is required.

12. If you need to use sauna, fishing pond, barbeque organization, please contact BM manager.

13. Customers using the swimming pool must ensure and take responsibility for the health and safety without any complaints against BM. Please do not use the swimming pool after 22:00.

14. Do not use the sauna for more than 15 minutes for the safety of your health.

15. No smoking in the bedroom.

16. If you detect a fire in the BM, please immediately find a way to notify the people in the nearest area and calmly follow the instructions for fire prevention.

17. You check and lock the door carefully when temporarily leaving BM (give the key to the manager) or before going to bed, you keep your valuables.

18. Check-out time: before 12 o'clock.

19. Check-in time: after 14:00.

20. Do not arbitrarily move furniture and fixed items inside the common room, living room, bedroom and kitchen of BM.

21. Do not tape, nail, frame or hang anything on the wall of the BM.
