Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 2 guests (including children)
• No guests beyond the standard occupancy (the homestay does not provide extra mattresses)

General rules at Amaya Home:

• Guests are required to transfer 100% of the room fee when booking.
• Please do not bring weapons, flammable or explosive materials, stimulants/illegal drugs, or pets onto the Amaya Home premises. Please do not bring food into the bedroom.
• Please do not cook in the bedroom. If you would like food or drinks, please contact reception for service.
• If you wish to bring your own food or drinks, please let us know before booking. Amaya will charge a fee for any food and drinks you bring.
• Please do not smoke in the bedroom or indoor communal areas such as reception, the restaurant, spa,... Please smoke only in outdoor areas and on the balcony (if your room has one). You may contact reception for an ashtray.

Surcharge for guests bringing their own BBQ food: (Available every Monday through Thursday)

• Service fee for food brought in by guests and grilled by the guests themselves: 250,000 VND/ adult (children aged 6-12: 125,000 VND/ child, children under 6: free).

• Service fee for food brought in by guests and grilled by an Amaya chef: 350,000 VND/ adult (children aged 6-12: 175,000 VND/ child, children under 6: free).

• The fee includes grill rental, charcoal, table, chair and tableware setup, service, and cleaning.

• The above fee does not include the service charge for drinks brought in from outside.
