  • To reduce the impact on the environment and your health, the homestay does not provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, so please remember to bring your own TOOTHBRUSH and TOOTHPASTE (If needed or if you forget to bring them, please contact the Host to receive a set)
  • Bringing animals: Please notify Ao before arrival if you would like to bring an animal or pet, and the homestay will provide the relevant guidelines and rules. Pets are not permitted inside the rooms under any circumstances. If a pet is brought into a room, a fee of 1.000.000 VND will apply for room cleaning
  • Eating, drinking and smoking in rooms: Please refrain from eating, drinking or smoking in the rooms (sweets and fruit are permitted). The homestay will charge 300k/booking if guests eat or drink in the room or leave floors, sheets, pillows, mattresses, curtains... unclean
  • Please avoid moving furniture from its original position in the room. Before check-out, please return all furniture to its original position
  • Do not use speakers or high-powered audio equipment such as portable speakers, event speakers, and similar devices ... indoors or outdoors.
  • Please do not move tables, chairs or furnishings from indoors to outdoor areas. The homestay will charge 200k/booking if you move furnishings from indoors or the veranda to outdoor areas without the homestay's consent
  • The homestay reserves the right to ask guests to leave if prohibited substances such as drugs, laughing gas balloons, cannabis, psychedelics (LSD, DMT, and similar substances) are found. In this case, the room payment will not be refunded
