• Villa has a total of 4 bedrooms with self-contained bathrooms, including 2 single rooms (1 master room 2mx2m), 2 double rooms (2 beds), 5 bathrooms
• Full 2-way air conditioner from living room to bedroom
• Swimming pool 45m2, depth 1m2 (villa free life jacket)
• Free Karaoke
• Free billiards
• Free 2 boats
• Have fun in the villa's premises
• Villa equipped with outdoor + indoor dining tables and chairs (15-25 people)
• Villa has a yard for 3 cars
• Villa has shampoo + shower gel + hair dryer + towels

☘️ Service arising:

• Cleaning & dishwashing fee negotiated with housekeeper: 300-500 000 VND
• If the villa has no guests before / after, you can flexibly check in / out time (charge 300 000 VND / 1 hour if guests check in early & leave late)

⏰ Check-in - Check-out time:

• Check-in: 14:00
• Check out: 12:00

Note:

• Villa is not equipped with hygiene equipment such as toothbrush + toothpaste, please note to bring the villa to ensure hygiene.
• It is strictly forbidden to use stimulants, laughing balls... (If deliberately the villa will be invited out of the apartment and not refunded)
• Customers please do not bring animals, dogs, cats... (If deliberately will be fined according to regulations)!
