No visit to Hà Nội and Hồ Gươm would be complete without mentioning Tháp Rùa, a symbol of the capital's thousand-year cultural heritage. Though modest in size, this architectural landmark holds historical meaning and enduring traces of the past that no other site could replace.

Tháp Rùa is a small tower standing on an islet of around 350m2 in the middle of Hồ Gươm, in Hà Nội's Hoàn Kiếm District. Its central location makes it very convenient to reach from different parts of Hà Nội.
