Vietnam National Museum of Nature, Hà Nội

The Vietnam National Museum of Nature is an appealing destination for weekends, holidays, or your trip to Hà Nội. It preserves and displays a wide range of specimens, images, and materials illustrating the origins and development of life and the natural world of Vietnam over millions of years.

The Vietnam National Museum of Nature is managed by the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. This national museum covers more than 1.000m2, with nearly 1.400 specimens displayed across 300m2. It opened to visitors in 2014 and welcomes around 200 to 500 visitors each day.

It is considered one of the newest and most modern museums in Hà Nội, with a range of visitor facilities. Its rich collection and engaging displays offer a comprehensive introduction to the value and distinctive characteristics of life and nature in Vietnam over millions of years.
