• Before registering for the tour, please carefully read the tour program, terms, and pricing including and excluding charges in the program. If you do not register directly but have someone else register on your behalf, please carefully review the program details with that person.

• Your passport must be signed and have at least 6 months validity from the date of entry.

• If you are overseas Vietnamese or a foreigner with a re-entry permit, you must carry it during the tour.

• Customers aged 70 to 75 and above must have a medical certificate confirming full fitness for international travel and must have a companion under 60 (in full health) accompany them.

• Pregnant customers should inform our staff for further consultation. We do not accept pregnant customers from 5 months onwards for safety reasons. Children under 15 must be accompanied by parents or an authorized person with a written power of attorney from the parents.

• As flights depend on airlines, flight times may change without prior notice in some cases.

• The order of attractions and the route may change depending on actual conditions, but all attractions will remain as planned. Hotel names will be officially confirmed at the group meeting, one day before departure.

• This is a pure tourism tour; throughout the program, you must stay with the group.

• Please provide complete information regarding invoice issuance at registration or 3 weeks before the tour departs. After this time, we must issue all invoices for tour settlement per regulations; any subsequent invoice complaints will not be resolved.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as terrorism, natural disasters, or disruptions/schedule changes in public transportation like flights or trains, Vietnam Booking reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for customer convenience and safety, and will not be liable for any resulting damages.

• For customers denied entry to the destination country: The company commits to providing information and assistance within our capability, but declines responsibility for payment of any incurred costs if you are detained by local immigration authorities at the border or denied entry with the group. In this case, while regrettable, due to regulations from the local service provider, we must decline to refund any costs to you even if the service has not been provided.

NOTE:

• Documentation: Passport valid for at least 06 months from the departure date.

• When registering, please provide complete and accurate passenger names as shown on passports. Tickets will be issued immediately upon registration. Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and names cannot be changed; the company accepts no liability if passenger names are provided incorrectly.

• Passengers who register but do not participate in the tour will not receive a refund of their deposit under any circumstances.

• Prices may vary depending on the departure date. Prices may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges.

• The itinerary and flight times may change depending on the specific departure date.

• The itinerary may be adjusted to accommodate flight conditions, but all attractions remain the same.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, if you cannot visit certain attractions in the itinerary, the company will provide alternative attractions.

• Designated shopping attractions in the program: If you do not participate, an additional surcharge of 25 USD/attraction applies.

• Travel insurance includes Covid coverage.

• If a customer contracts severe Covid F0 while in Thailand, they will receive treatment at a hospital at their own expense first and retain all receipts/documentation for reimbursement by the insurance company upon return to Vietnam (no reimbursement for mild Covid F0 cases isolated at the hotel).

CHILDREN'S POLICY:

• Children under 2: Share a bed with an adult; families provide their own meals for children.
• Children under 11: Share a bed with an adult.
