CHILDREN'S POLICY:

• Children under 2 years old: 30% charge (sharing a room with an adult).

• Children from 2 to under 11 years old: 90% of tour price (sharing a room with an adult).

• From 11 years old and above: full adult price.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Children under 16 traveling with parents must bring a certified copy of birth certificate when entering the country. If not traveling with parents, a birth certificate plus a notarized parental authorization document from all three parties is required with the accompanying adult.

• The itinerary may be adjusted to suit the actual program during the trip, but the main destinations remain unchanged.

• If you have had cosmetic surgery, you must renew your passport before departure and inform the travel company when booking – the travel company will not be responsible if guests fail to notify and are denied exit.

• Travel insurance is included when booking; guests 70 years and older will pay an additional premium for enhanced coverage; guests 75 years and older must provide a medical fitness certificate for international travel issued by a competent health authority and must be accompanied by a healthy family member under 60 years old (or insurance may not cover those over 75).

• Prices may change due to airline fuel surcharges or changes in visa fees.

• The program and flight times may be subject to change based on airline conditions and the specific departure date.

• Please do not skip the designated shopping stops in the program such as: Poison Snake Research Center, World Gems Center, Latex Institute, Cao Hổ, Bee Farm/BigBee Farm (if not participating, an additional $25 USD per stop surcharge applies).

• If separating from the group, a surcharge of $50 per person per day is required (If separating on days with designated attractions, pay the daily separation surcharge plus the surcharge for skipping attractions).

• The above prices apply to groups departing from central Hà Nội; groups of 15 adult passengers will have a Vietnamese-speaking guide from Vietnam; groups of 10-14 adults will depart without a guide from Vietnam, and prices will be adjusted according to the actual number of participants.

• The above prices apply to groups of 25 passengers; for larger groups or private tours, please contact the company for consultation and accurate pricing.

• USD exchange rate is calculated according to the free market rate on the date of payment.

• Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

• This tour program combines sightseeing, entertainment, and shopping, designed for independent travelers, Vietnamese nationals, and overseas Vietnamese who speak, listen to, and understand Vietnamese; foreign nationals should notify in advance for separate pricing based on the program; this does not apply to business travelers.

• If guests are denied entry to Thailand due to their own fault (e.g., blacklisted passport, incomplete documents per embassy requirements, etc.) or denied entry due to personal circumstances or undisclosed health/disease-related issues, the client must bear all actual expenses such as airfare and other costs in Thailand to return to Vietnam.
