Itinerary

05:30: Pick up at meeting point. Or:

06:00: Guests gather at Terminal 2 - Noi Bai International Airport, check in for flight VN615 (09:20 – 11:30). Arriving at Suvanabhumi Airport, Thailand, the group completes immigration. Then the guide takes guests on to Pattaya. The group visits Wat Nong Ket Yai - a famous sacred ancient temple in Pattaya built of wood with wooden Buddha statues enshrined inside.

Guests enjoy seafood BBQ buffet, then return to hotel for check-in and rest.

Guests may freely register for optional shows in Pattaya.

Overnight: Hotel

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Check out. Transfer back to Bangkok city, stopping to visit the honey farm en route.

Documents: latest passport, valid for at least 6 months from your return date.
Travel insurance does not apply to customers aged 70 and over. Customers aged 65–70 receive compensation at only 50% of the standard insurance rate (according to partner insurers AIG/PCV/ErosCare…). The travel company does NOT accept customers over 80 years old.
When registering, please provide complete and accurate passenger names as shown on passports. Tickets will be issued immediately upon registration. Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-transferable; the company is not responsible if you provide names different from your passport.
Registered passengers who do not join the tour will not receive deposit refunds under any circumstances.
Prices may change depending on your departure date. Prices may change if airlines increase fuel surcharges.
Program and flight times may change depending on your specific departure date.
The program may adjust the sightseeing itinerary to suit flight conditions, but sightseeing destinations remain the same.
In some force majeure cases, if guests cannot visit attractions listed in the program, the company will arrange alternative attractions.
Designated attractions in the program: Saithip Garden, Gem Center, Snake Farm, Leather Shop, Bee Farm (if you don't join for an additional 25 USD/attraction).
If you leave the group, please pay a surcharge of 50$/person/day (If leaving on days with designated attractions, pay the day surcharge + the no-visit attraction fee x number of attractions).
Tour prices do not apply to group passengers from Central Vietnam; please inform in advance for separate pricing.
Private group customers please inform in advance for separate pricing. If not informed in advance, surcharge 60$/person.
This program is for Vietnamese nationals and overseas Vietnamese who speak, listen, and understand Vietnamese. Foreign nationals please inform in advance for separate pricing based on the program.
Children under 2 years: 20% of adult tour price (Share bed with adults; families self-prepare meals).
Children under 11 years: 90% of adult tour price (Share bed with adults).

COVID-RELATED INSURANCE NOTES:

Insured persons under this travel insurance contract will have medical costs related to Covid-19 treatment covered, according to the terms and conditions of the insurance rules, provided that on the trip departure date, the insured person must have completed full basic vaccination of Covid-19 vaccine (as defined by the US CDC where the last dose of the basic series must be at least 14 days before the trip departure date, or the insured person has recovered from Covid-19 within the past six months. Documentation proving this will be required when filing claims.
No hospital bill guarantee for Covid-19 treatment; customers pay first, then submit documents to the insurer for reimbursement procedures.
During Covid-19 treatment, customers or their relatives please call 24/7 Hotline: (+84 28) 3821 6699 for detailed claim procedures guidance, avoiding the situation where customers complete treatment and then submit documents to the insurer, which may result in missing documents and invoices.
Coverage for Covid-19 treatment costs in the following cases:
Customer tests positive and is referred for hospital treatment or quarantine.
During treatment, please request the hospital provide a detailed itemization of all costs clearly shown in the bill/invoice such as room charges, meal charges, tests (including PCR), medications, ambulance fees, etc. If costs are itemized in detail, the insurer will consider payment based on actual bills. Room and meal charges are maximum 500,000 VND/day.
If test charges, room charges, meal charges, medications are not itemized separately but combined in one bill/invoice, the insurer will only consider payment of maximum 1,000,000 VND/day.
Note: If customers receive hotel quarantine treatment as prescribed by hospital or doctor, with treatment documentation and invoices, the insurer will only cover treatment costs such as medications and tests. No coverage for meal and room charges, transportation costs, or when customers self-treat at hotel without doctor's prescription.
Additionally, during Covid-19 treatment, pre-existing conditions may be affected. Therefore, the insurer will not provide support for supplementary treatment costs of these pre-existing conditions.
Travel insurance is only valid when the customer leaves the country of departure.
