👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Sun–Fri: capacity 15 guests, additional guest surcharge: 200k/adult, 100k/child (<6 years)
• Sat & holidays: capacity 20 guests, additional guest surcharge: 300k/adult, 200k/child (<6 years)
• Additional hour surcharge: 500k/hour. After 4:00pm charged as full day rate
• Cleaning surcharge for dining/party areas: 500k/pool deck area, 500k/kitchen, 500k/rooftop terrace. No surcharge if guest cleans up.

⏰ Check-in: 2pm – Check-out: 12pm next day

Booking notes:

• No pets allowed; violation fine: 1,000,000 VND per pet
• No portable speakers, sound systems, or music/singing outdoors that disturbs neighborhood order and security. Violations subject to warnings and fines from 1,000,000 VND to 160,000,000 VND per government regulations
• Please keep speakers off and avoid loud parties, drinking, or singing after 10pm. If neighbors complain or local authorities intervene, the villa reserves the right to terminate service with no refund
• Do not throw loungers into the pool. Violation fine: 200k per item
• No eating/drinking in bedrooms; violation fine: 1,000,000 VND per room. Guests who stain bedding/pillows must pay for replacement
• Please do not vomit or dispose of waste in bedrooms or sinks; clogging the drain requires cleaning fee from 500k–1,000,000 VND
• Household items don't move on their own. Guests are liable for replacement cost at current market value for any damage
