👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 20 guests
• Maximum occupancy: 25 guests
• Up to 3 children under 1,2 metres (1,2m) stay free when sharing a room with adults (no extra bed).
• Children 1,2 metres (1,2m ) and taller are charged adult rates for all services.
• Extra guest fee: 200.000 vnđ/ person
• Children under (1,2m): 100.000 vnđ/ person
• Early check-in before 12:00: an additional 200.000 vnđ/ 01 hour (flexible, subject to availability)
• Late check-out after 12:00 and before 17:00: an additional 300.000 vnđ / 01 hour (depending on high or low season)
• Late check-out after 17:00: 100% of the room rate applies. (rate is flexible by agreement)
• Please keep the house clean. If it is left excessively dirty, an additional cleaning fee of 500.000vnđ will apply
• Guests are welcome to use the kitchen equipment and utensils, but please wash them after use and return them to their original places. If guests do not clean them, Party A will charge an additional 300.000vnđ- 500.000 vnđ (depending on the actual condition)
• Please keep the villa clean when bringing pets. The pet fee is 500.000VND/pet. A corresponding deposit of 500.000VND/pet is required and will be refunded if the villa is kept clean upon check-out
