- No outside speakers with high power output allowed at villa
- Maximum 2 pets allowed (surcharge applies)
- Guests may only sing karaoke and use speakers in designated areas such as karaoke room and living room, and must close doors when singing to avoid disturbing the neighborhood
- Please refrain from karaoke and loud music during afternoon rest (11 AM-2 PM) and after 10 PM daily
- When staying at the villa, guests must ensure public order and security of the neighborhood; strictly prohibited to organize or use stimulants/prohibited substances as defined by Vietnamese law
- No illegal gambling at villa
- No buying/selling or brokering of sexual services at villa
- No allowing strangers into villa without notifying the caretaker; if property goes missing, guests must compensate 100% of the item's value to villa
- During your stay, please protect villa property. The caretaker hands over the entire villa with all interior and exterior fixtures in original condition and will inspect it in the same condition upon return; in case of damage or loss, guests must compensate 100% of the property's value to villa.
- Guests with young children should supervise them closely, especially avoid letting children play around the adult pool without supervision to prevent accidents
