If your party exceeds the registered number, please notify the villa manager in advance. Adult guests exceeding capacity cannot be offset by reducing child guests. Rate: 200.000 VND/guest over registered number.

Check-in 14:00 - Check-out 12:00.

Early check-in/late check-out depends on villa availability and mutual agreement. Rate: 400.000 VND/hour.

No surcharge will be charged if the villa is booked by other guests; we appreciate your understanding of our check-in/check-out policy.

Maintain neighborhood quiet after 22:00 (no loud singing).

Surcharge for exceeding registered guest count: 200.000 VND/person/night.

Extra hours: 400.000 VND/hour; must be requested in advance and only if no other guests are booked.

If you exceed the agreed guest number or check out late, please notify the manager in advance and pay the surcharge as per policy. The manager has the right to refuse when guests exceed the limit or if late check-out conflicts with the next day's reservation.

Equipment and furnishings, if damaged by guests, must be compensated at replacement cost.

Pets are not permitted. The villa may charge a 500.000 VND/pet/day surcharge or may refuse the booking without refunding the deposit.

Please maintain house cleanliness. In case of excessive messiness, littering, or vomiting, an additional 1.000.000 VND cleaning fee will be charged.

Do not drop food, chemicals, shampoo, beer, vomit, or pollute the pool in any way. If pool water is damaged (discoloration, foreign matter), the villa will charge 3–5 million VND depending on severity; (water replacement and treatment costs).

Kitchen equipment and supplies are available for your use; please wash and clean after use and return to original location. If dishes are not washed, an additional 500.000–1.000.000 VND surcharge will apply depending on severity.

Bring identification (ID/passport) when checking in.

You are fully responsible for any violations during your stay that require dealing with local authorities.
