Guests must provide accommodation information. Domestic guests: Please present your passport or citizen ID at check-in for room procedures and temporary residence registration. International guests: Valid passport/visa required.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings and personal items during their stay.

Strictly prohibited: bringing, using, or storing weapons, toxic substances, explosives, narcotics, stimulants, any form of gambling, or sex work. The homestay/villa will report suspected illegal activities to authorities and reserves the right to refuse service. If discovered, the homestay/villa may confiscate all prohibited items and will not refund the room booking for any reason. Under Vietnamese law, you are fully responsible and liable if you violate these terms.

Do not rearrange or move furnishings within your room or between rooms. The manager will hand over all equipment and items before check-in. If property is lost or damaged through use, you must pay 100% compensation.

Keep common areas clean: Dispose of trash properly, do not flush toilet paper or other waste into plumbing to avoid clogged pipes. Maintain cleanliness in all shared spaces at the homestay/villa.

If you wish to organize activities outside the homestay/villa, you are responsible for ensuring your own safety during those activities.

Additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior registration.

If you discover fire or explosion at the homestay/villa, promptly notify the manager, call the hotline, or alert nearby staff, and calmly follow fire safety instructions.

Keep quiet and avoid noise after 10pm.

Before leaving the homestay/villa, settle all bills and additional charges.

The homestay/villa reserves the right to terminate your booking if you do not comply with the above terms.
