  • Standard for 12 adults and 6 children under 12.
  • If the group has no children, standard is 12 people; surcharge for 13th guest onward: 400.000 VNĐ/person. Maximum 18 people
  • 50% deposit required and photo copy of ID (both sides) of group leader to confirm booking, full payment of 100% required 7 days before check-in
  • Note: Guests must bring complete ID (entire group) and confirm room booking, sign commitment agreement regarding villa usage rules
  • Cancellation 7 days before check-in date: 50% room rate refund only.
  • Cancellation within 7 days before check-in date: no room rate refund. Other surcharges:
  • Cooking service: 500k/meal. Dishwashing service 300k - 500k/group
  • Early check-in - late check-out fee: depending on villa availability, surcharge is 950k/hour
  • Rate above does not include VAT, meal services, or laundry.
