ARTICLE I: PERSONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

• Guests are responsible for managing their own personal belongings.
• The villa assumes no responsibility for loss, damage to money, jewelry, and other valuables.
• In case of loss or damage to personal property at the villa, please notify the manager immediately for resolution.

ARTICLE II: SAFETY AND SECURITY REGULATIONS

• No flammable, explosive materials, weapons, toxic substances, narcotics, prostitution, gambling, or drug use that disturbs order at the villa. Violations will be handled according to Flamingo Đại Lải Resort safety regulations and local authorities.
• Do not disturb the peace in the resort after 22:00. Violations will be handled according to Flamingo Đại Lải Resort regulations.
• Do not bring additional guests into the villa without prior notice and manager approval.
• No smoking in rooms and designated non-smoking areas. Do not discard cigarette butts on grass, near trees, or in non-smoking areas.
• No open fire or cooking in bedrooms and areas with prohibition signs. Violation: 1,000,000 VND fine.
• No pets allowed in the villa.
• No throwing rocks into the pool.
• Do not move or disassemble any fixtures or equipment installed in the villa. Any unauthorized relocation of equipment will incur a 1,500,000 VND fine.
• Return bicycles to the villa after use.
• Follow pool usage guidelines and warning signs. Guests are responsible for children's safety in the pool.
• Do not open doors when air conditioning is on. Turn off lights and electrical devices when not in use.
• Do not urinate or vomit on bedding; do not use fabric items in the room to wipe shoes and other soiled items.
• Do not break branches or trees on the property.
• Maintain common cleanliness and dispose of trash in designated bins.
• Upon check-in, please read the resort rules and the list of equipment in the villa carefully.
• Upon check-out, please notify the manager at least 30 minutes in advance for equipment inspection.
• For safety, the villa is equipped with CCTV throughout the grounds and exterior areas.

ARTICLE III: DAMAGE COMPENSATION POLICY

• Guests are responsible for compensation if damage, loss, or harm to property and equipment occurs according to the villa's listed prices or market value.
