No flammable materials, explosives, weapons, toxic substances, drugs, prostitution, gambling, or drug use at Lepine House. Violations will be handled per Flamingo Đại Lải Resort security protocols and local authorities.
No noise or karaoke after 10 PM. Violations will be handled per Flamingo Đại Lải Resort management rules.
Do not bring additional guests without prior notice and host approval.
Supervise children at all times near the pool and lake.
Do not throw rocks into the pool.
No pets in the villa.
No smoking in bedrooms or the villa. Do not discard cigarette butts on the lawn or near trees.
No open flames or cooking in bedrooms.
Do not move or dismantle any fixtures or equipment at Lepine House. Violation: 1.500.000 VND fine, not including replacement costs.
Return bicycles to Lepine House after use. Lost bikes: 2,000,000 VND fee.
Keep doors closed when AC is on. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
