Căn đẹp, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ đồ dùng, nhà mình siêu siêu ưng. Phòng karaoke rộng đẹp chuyên nghiệp. Chỉ tiếc đi đúng hôm mưa nên cả đoàn chỉ chơi được trong nhà.

The villa does not charge a mandatory cleaning fee. Guests are expected to clean up and wash all used items. If dirty dishes are left overnight, guests will be charged a fine of 1.000.000VND/1 occurrence
Early check-in or late check-out is available for 500k/1h when there are no other guests
If guests clean up themselves, please do so during the evening meal and do not leave bowls, chopsticks, pots, electronic equipment, or fragile items outdoors overnight, as they may be damaged and create unsanitary conditions. Any damage must be compensated at the equipment's value.

Villa bookings are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or returned. If available, the villa may help guests reschedule or transfer the booking to another guest if they cannot travel (with 10 days' notice).
To facilitate accommodation registration, all guests must present their citizen ID cards at check-in for the host to photograph, and the group leader's citizen ID card will be held.
Please keep noise to a minimum in the shared courtyard after 22:00
