• A 2,000,000 VND deposit is required at check-in to safeguard the villa's furnishings and fixtures. If during your stay all furnishings remain undamaged and in their original condition with no breakage or damage, the villa will refund this deposit on check-out day.

📌 Pet Policy: Pets are not encouraged under the resort's general regulations. If guests bring pets to the villa, a surcharge of 300.000 VND per pet will apply. Pets must be kept in an enclosure, must not damage the property, cannot use the pool, and must not cause damage to villa furnishings.

📌 Drug and controlled substance use is strictly prohibited within the villa premises.

📌 Children under 1.2m must be supervised 100% of the time when near or using the pool.

📌 Please do not arbitrarily adjust or operate the water heater, washing machine, dryer, and you must comply fully with all fire safety regulations.

📌 In case of power outage, please immediately contact the villa manager for assistance in starting the backup generator.

📌 The backup generator system is designed to ensure air conditioning operation. We recommend guests do not simultaneously use the water heater, induction cooktop, and air conditioning when using the backup generator.

📌 All guests must scan the QR code to register temporary residence as required (100% of occupants). Guests are fully responsible for any fines and penalties from authorities in case of non-compliance with temporary residence registration regulations.
