Keep the Villa grounds clean a) Please wear indoor slippers and do not wear outdoor footwear inside the house. b) Do not bring food or drinks into the bedrooms. c) Do not throw rubbish into the pool or garden areas. d) Do not stain the bedding, pillows, mattresses, rugs or curtains. đ) No smoking in the bedrooms e) Please avoid bringing strong-smelling fruits and foods into the Villa, such as durian, jackfruit.... and never bring these fruits into the bedrooms.

Use of kitchenware After use, please wash all kitchenware, bowls, plates, glasses, cups...and return them to their original places. If needed, the Villa can arrange a dishwashing service after meals, with the cost payable by guests. If the property has not been cleaned by check-out, an additional cleaning fee of at least 200.000VNĐ will apply (depending on the condition).

Prohibited activities

PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE VILLA. Guests who deliberately bring pets into the Villa must pay a surcharge of 2.000.000 đồng/ night and a 3.000.000 đồng deposit to the host, (which will be refunded after check-out if there is no damage)

PLEASE NOTE: a) Supervise young children in areas such as the swimming pool, balconies on each floor, and the front and rear gardens where there are hazardous drops. b) Use the KARAOKE service after 18:00 and before 0:00 to maintain order in the area. c) Do not bring additional guests without permission. If the number of guests increases, please inform the Rosa Villa manager and pay the applicable accommodation fee.

Do not move any furniture or fixed items in the Villa's common room, living room, bedrooms or kitchen without permission.

Guests using the swimming pool are responsible for their own health and safety and may not make any claims against the Villa. Please do not use the pool after 20:00 (winter) or 21:00 (summer).

When using household fixtures and equipment such as doors, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, towels, bedding, pillows, mattresses and other furnishings, please ask the housekeeper for guidance if you have any difficulty. Any damage valued at over 100.000 đ must be compensated according to the extent of the damage.
