⚠️ Important Notes

• Services: minibar, charcoal, delivery, grocery shopping, cooking, housekeeping, dishwashing... Meal service at villa with full range of seafood, local specialties, BBQ

• Guests are permitted to cook at the villa. After cooking and eating, guests must clean up thoroughly and neatly. If not properly cleaned, there will be a 500,000–1,000,000 VND cleaning surcharge. 200,000 VND for stovetop cleaning.

• If guests organize parties or events, additional surcharges will apply depending on the specific circumstances.

• Do not use white towels or white cloth to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, you must pay for replacement at full value.

• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa or move items between villas. If anything is damaged or lost, you must pay for replacement at full value.

• Guests are prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, banned substances, gambling, or any illegal activities at the villa.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 STANDARD CAPACITY

• Standard: 18 adults, free for children under 6

• Maximum: 26 people

➕ Surcharges:

• 250k per person per night from the 19th guest (age 12+)

• 100k per child per night (ages 7–11)

• Early check-in: 500k per hour

• Late check-out: 500k per hour before 3pm

• 3pm–6pm: 50% of room rate, after 6pm: 100% of room rate

⏰ Check-in: from 2pm – Check-out: before 12pm the next day
