Standard room rate:

• Standard occupancy: 11 adults + 10 children under 12 (no extra beds)
• Surcharge for the 12th adult: 1.200.000 VND/ person/ night (extra bed included)
• Surcharge for children aged 6-11: 175.000 VND/ child/ night (no extra bed)
• Surcharge for children under 6 (from the 2nd child): 175.000 VND/ child/ night (no extra bed)
• 1 child under 6 stays free (no extra bed)

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to clean stains, food, footwear, waste, etc. Guests must compensate for any damaged or stained items based on their value
• Do not rearrange the furniture or other items in the villa. Guests must compensate for any damaged or missing items based on their value
• Guests must not use stimulants, drugs or prohibited substances, gamble or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will apply, plus 200.000đ for cleaning the grill
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to hire someone to set up and cook for a party at the Villa, please register with the Host, provide the cook's details and pay a deposit of 1.000.000đ to protect the Villa's kitchen hygiene and property. Guests who do not comply will be fully responsible for any kitchen cleaning or property issues arising during their stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a deposit of 5.000.000 VND directly at check-in to cover the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain in their original condition throughout the stay, with no damage, the villa will refund this deposit on the check-out date (after deducting any additional service charges incurred)
