Standard room rate:

• Standard for 20 people (including adults and children)
• Surcharge from the 21st person onwards: 200,000 VND/ person

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc.; if damaged or soiled, compensation must be paid according to the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if damaged or lost, compensation must be paid according to the item's value
• Guests are not allowed to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; if not cleaned, a cleaning fee of 500,000 - 2,000,000đ and 200,000đ for stove cleaning will apply
• Services do not include: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests need catering or party setup at the villa, please register with the host: provide cook information and a 1,000,000đ deposit to ensure hygiene and kitchen safety. If any hygiene or kitchen property issues arise during the stay, guests are fully responsible

Property deposit terms:

• Guests must place a 5,000,000 VND deposit directly at check-in to secure villa furnishings. If all furnishings remain in original condition during use with no damage, the villa will refund this deposit to guests on check-out day (after deducting any applicable service charges)
