Standard room rate:

• Capacity: 10 guests
• Maximum occupancy: 18 guests (including children)
• Surcharge for excess capacity: 250,000 VND per person (age 11+), 100,000 VND per child (ages 6–11)
• Children under 6 free

Important booking information:

• Do not use white towels to clean stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. Any damage or soiling will be charged at replacement value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; damage or loss will be charged at replacement value
• Guests are prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or any unlawful activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining; failure to do so will incur a 500,000–2,000,000 VND cleaning fee and 200,000 VND for BBQ/kitchen cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dish washing, BBQ kitchen cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to arrange catering and event setup at the villa, please register with the villa manager, providing catering staff details and a 1,000,000 VND deposit to ensure kitchen cleanliness and villa kitchen property protection. Guests are fully responsible for any issues related to cleanliness and kitchen property during their stay

Damage deposit policy:

• Guests must deposit 5,000,000 VND directly at check-in to cover villa furnishings. If all furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the villa will refund this deposit on checkout (after deducting any service charges incurred)
