👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard for 12 guests
• Surcharge for exceeding standard: 250.000 VND/person (11+), 100.000 VND/child (6-11 years)
• Free for children under 6

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc. If soiled or damaged, compensation will be charged based on item value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. If damaged or lost, compensation will be charged based on item value
• Guests are prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, banned goods, gambling, or any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean after cooking and eating. Failure to do so will incur cleaning fees of 500.000-2.000.000đ for general cleaning and 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to arrange catering setup at the villa, please register with the housekeeping staff: provide caterer details and place a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure the villa's kitchen cleanliness and equipment. Guests are fully responsible for any issues regarding kitchen cleanliness and equipment during their stay if the deposit terms are not followed

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must place a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly at check-in to secure the villa's furnishings. If all items remain in original condition with no damage or harm during your stay, the deposit will be fully refunded at check-out (minus any service charges if applicable)
