Standard room rate:

• Standard for 12 adults and 5 children under 6 years old
• Maximum 20 guests (including children)
• Extra charge from the 13th adult onwards (age 7+): 250.000 VND/person

Booking terms:

• White towels cannot be used for wiping dirt, food residue, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, compensation must be paid based on the item's value
• Furniture and items in the villa cannot be rearranged. If damaged or lost, compensation must be paid based on the item's value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, contraband, gambling, or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining. Failure to clean will result in charges: 500.000 - 2.000.000đ for general cleaning and 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to hire catering or party setup at the villa, please register with the host: provide catering information and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure hygiene and kitchen property protection. You are fully responsible for any hygiene and kitchen property damage if terms are not complied with during your stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND deposit directly upon check-in to secure the villa's furnishings and items. If all furnishings and items remain in original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the villa will refund this deposit on check-out (after deducting any applicable service charges if incurred)
