Standard room rate:

• Designed for 12 people
• Maximum 15 people (including children)
• Excess surcharge: 250.000 VND/ person (age 11 and up), 100.000 VND/ child (ages 6 - 11)
• Free for children under 6

Booking notes:

• White towels cannot be used to clean stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, you must pay compensation based on the item's value
• You cannot rearrange furnishings or items in the villa. If damaged or lost, you must pay compensation based on the item's value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited goods, gambling, or engage in any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. If not cleaned, a cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will be charged, plus 200.000đ for kitchen/BBQ cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ kitchen cleaning, etc.
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to arrange catering or cooking setup at the villa, please register with the manager: provide the chef's information and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure the villa's kitchen hygiene and property protection. You are fully responsible for any hygiene or property issues that arise during your stay

Damage deposit policy:

• A 5.000.000 VND deposit is required directly at check-in to protect the villa's furnishings. If all furnishings remain unchanged and undamaged throughout your stay, the villa will refund this deposit at check-out (after deducting any applicable service charges)
