Guests must not use stimulants, drugs, banned goods, gambling, or any illegal activities in the villa
Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; if not cleaned, cleaning fee of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ will be charged, 200.000đ for kitchen/BBQ grill cleaning
Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning...
No pets allowed in the villa
If guests wish to rent cooking/party setup at the Villa, please register with the host: provide information about the cook and deposit 1.000.000đ to ensure kitchen hygiene and assets. If guests fail to comply, they are fully responsible for any kitchen hygiene and asset damages during their stay

Deposit policy:

Guests must deposit 5.000.000 VND directly at check-in to ensure furniture and fixtures in the villa. If all furniture and fixtures in the villa are maintained in original condition with no damage or loss during use, the villa will refund this deposit to guests on check-out day (after deducting any service fees if incurred)
