👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard: 12 adults, 6 children under 1.4m
• Maximum 20 guests (including children)
• Surcharge for 13th adult (1.4m and above): 250.000 VND/ person.
• Surcharge from 7th child (under 1.4m): 150.000 VND/ child

Important booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, you must compensate according to the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if damaged or lost, you must compensate according to their value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in any illegal activities at the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating; if you don't, you'll be charged 500.000 - 2.000.000đ for cleaning and 200.000đ for grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you need catering/party setup at the villa, please register with the house manager: provide the cook's information and pay a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and property protection. If you do not comply, you are fully responsible for any issues regarding kitchen hygiene and property during your stay

Property deposit policy:

• Guests must pay a 5.000.000 VND damage deposit upon check-in to protect the villa's furniture and fixtures. If all items remain in their original condition with no damage or loss during your stay, the villa will refund your full deposit on check-out day (minus any service charges if applicable)
