👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard rate:

• Sleeps 14 adults and 7 children under 6 (standard)
• Accommodates up to 20 people (adults and children)
• Additional charge exceeding capacity: 250.000 VND/person (7+)

Important booking policies:

• Do not use white towels to wipe dirt, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, you must compensate at the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; if damaged or lost, you must compensate at the item's value
• Guests are prohibited from using stimulants, drugs, banned items, gambling, or any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and dining; failure to do so incurs cleaning fees of 500.000 - 2.000.000đ for general cleaning, 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning...
• Pets are not allowed in the villa
• If you wish to hire a chef or catering service at the villa, please register with the house manager: provide chef information and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and asset protection. Any damages to kitchen hygiene or assets during your stay are your full responsibility

Property deposit policy:

• You must provide a 5.000.000 VND deposit at check-in to protect the villa's furniture and fixtures. If all items remain in original condition with no damage during your stay, the deposit will be fully refunded at check-out (after deducting any additional service charges if applicable)
