Villa C3.07 – Sun Feria Hạ Long, Bãi Cháy

Standard room rate:

• Sleeps 14 adults, 7 children under 10
• Max capacity 25 adults or 18 adults + 10 children under 10
• Surcharge over capacity: 200.000 VND per person (age 10+), 100.000 VND per child (under 10)

Booking terms:

• White towels may not be used for wiping stains, food, shoes, waste, etc.; if damaged or soiled, compensation will be required at replacement value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa; any damage or loss will be charged at replacement value
• Guests may not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gamble, or engage in illegal activity at the villa
• Guests must clean after cooking and dining; failure to do so incurs a 500.000 - 2.000.000đ cleaning fee, plus 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning…
• Pets are not permitted in the villa
• To arrange party catering at the villa, please register with the villa manager: provide chef information and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and property protection. Guests are fully responsible for any kitchen or property issues during their stay

Damage deposit policy:

• Guests must provide a 5.000.000 VND damage deposit at check-in to cover villa furnishings and contents. If during your stay all villa furnishings remain in original condition with no damage or loss, the villa will refund the deposit on check-out (minus any incurred service charges)
