👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Standard room rate:

• Standard for 12 adults and 6 children under 6
• Up to 20 guests maximum (including children)
• Additional charges beyond standard: 250,000 VND/person (11+), 100,000 VND/child (6-11)

Booking terms:

• White towels are for drying only—do not use to clean dirt, food, shoes, or waste. Damage or stains require compensation based on replacement value
• Do not move or rearrange furniture and fixtures in the villa. Any damage or loss requires compensation based on replacement value
• Guests may not use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, engage in gambling, or carry out any illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. Failure to clean incurs charges: 500,000-2,000,000 VND for general cleanup; 200,000 VND for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning, etc.
• No pets allowed in the villa
• If you plan to hire catering or meal service at the villa, please contact the house manager in advance. Provide your chef's contact information and submit a 1,000,000 VND deposit to ensure kitchen protection. You are fully responsible for any kitchen-related issues or damage if you do not follow villa guidelines

Security deposit policy:

• A 5,000,000 VND security deposit is required upon check-in to protect the villa's furnishings and fixtures. If the villa remains in original condition throughout your stay with no damage, the full deposit will be refunded at checkout (minus any applicable service charges)
