Standard room rate:

• Standard for 14 adults, 5 children under 6
• Maximum 20 guests (including children)
• Additional charges over standard: 200.000 VND per person (age 12+), 100.000 VND per child (ages 6-11)

Booking notes:

• Do not use white towels to wipe stains, food, shoes, waste, etc. If damaged or soiled, compensation must be paid based on the item's value
• Do not rearrange furniture or items in the villa. If damaged or lost, compensation must be paid based on the item's value
• Guests are not permitted to use stimulants, drugs, prohibited items, gambling, or engage in illegal activities in the villa
• Guests must clean up after cooking and eating. If not cleaned, charges apply: 500.000 - 2.000.000đ for cleaning, 200.000đ for BBQ grill cleaning
• Services not included: minibar, charcoal, laundry, dishwashing, BBQ grill cleaning...
• No pets allowed in the villa
• If guests wish to arrange catering or cooking services at the villa, please register with the property manager: provide details of the cook and a 1.000.000đ deposit to ensure kitchen hygiene and property. Guests are fully responsible for any kitchen-related damages or hygiene issues during their stay if deposit requirements are not followed

Deposit policy:

• Guests must provide a 5.000.000 VND deposit upon check-in to secure furniture and furnishings. If all items remain in original condition with no damage during your stay, the deposit will be refunded on check-out (after deducting any service charges if applicable)
